Giving Uber drivers a

Lift.

We oversaw art direction and copy for these films for Uber, at R/GA.

Uber drivers are offered some amazing employee benefits. We were tasked with creating films to encourage uptake of these benefits among drivers who are skeptical of Uber’s commitment to them.

We did this by inviting drivers who are already making the most of their benefits to share their success stories. We cast four drivers and got them together for a chat, in an Uber. In the glove box were envelopes containing questions — à la noughties-TV-game-shows. We designed the questions to help the audience get to know these drivers, and get them sharing stories about the opportunities Uber benefits have given them.
