Uber drivers get some amazing employee benefits. We were tasked with creating films to encourage uptake of these benefits among drivers who are skeptical of Uber’s commitment to them. So we invited drivers who are already making the most of their benefits to share their success stories.

Our films centered around a simple question: ‘What happens when an Uber driver gets an Uber?’ We cast four drivers and got them together for a chat while driving around London. In the glove box were envelopes containing questions — à la noughties-TV-game-shows. We designed the questions to help us get to know these drivers and get them sharing stories about how their Uber benefits have improved their lives.
