Bike.

Counterintuitive maybe, but in a city it's faster and easier to do most things by bike than car or van (not to mention cheaper and cleaner). Even when you've got cargo to transport, thanks to cargo bikes.

Glimpse launched the Cargo Borough Charter to foster support for these amazing vehicles among London borough councillors. They asked me to help them create an event that would make councillors feel special on their lunch break, based around a cargo bike.

Among loads of ideas was the ice cream bike. (Others included Delboy's Robin Reliant as a cargo bike, a gig on bikes, a public photo exhibition of Londoners on bikes shown at a bespoke pavilion built completely sans van.)

And in the spirit of ice cream, everybody got a bit excited. The end result is sprinkled with hundreds-and-thousands of ice-cream puns and even included a barbershop quartet – on bikes – singing custom songs for each borough.
