These films were made to show that, despite its scale, every drop of Beefeater is in fact made by just two people, Keith and William — and all by hand — to make sure the next generation of gin drinkers who are just discovering their tastes, knows that Beefeater is a quality spirit handmade with pride in London.

Well-timed decisions based on our stillmen's senses is what makes Beefeater, Beefeater. It all comes down to experience and attention to detail.

Part science, part art,

Even today, traditional techniques are practiced where others let technology take over, because the Beefeater team believes the gin is better for it.

If it ain't broke...

Beefeater's closely-followed recipe hasn't changed since 1876—not only the same botanicals and ratios, but even the same farmers supplying them to the distillery.
